Con motivo de la pandemia por Coronavirus, lxs alumxs del Magíster en Investigación Social y Desarrollo, realizaron de forma online el electivo Análisis Crítico del Discurso ofrecido por el programa. Asignatura que estuvo destinada a entregar contenidos teóricos y prácticos indispensables para continuar con la malla curricular del Magíster en Investigación Social y Desarrollo.
En particular, la asignatura permitió que los estudiantes reconozcan las características, tipos de materiales y estrategias analíticas utilizadas en la aplicación del análisis del discurso, contribuyendo con ello a la formación de postgrado de los estudiantes, mediante la entrega de herramientas concretas que les permitan desarrollar investigaciones utilizando información cualitativa.
En las clases realizadas de forma online, con actividades tanto sincrónicas como asincrónicas, se pudieron desarrollar distintas ideas de proyectos, en las cuales se trabajó con datos secundarios que permitieron aplicar los conocimientos tanto teóricos como prácticos aprendidos durante el curso.
En el curso participaron estudiantes de distintas generaciones y estuvo a cargo de la Docente Dra. Carolina Matamala, Doctora en Sociología y Antropología de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, España; Master en Metodologías de la Investigación en Ciencias Sociales; con amplia experticia en metodologías cualitativas y cuantitativas.
